Creative Business Solutions agrees that fast, reliable shipment of the products you order is important. It is our goal to ship purchases as soon as the order is completed and adequately packaged and protected for transit.
Creative Business Solutions ships to street addresses within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, United States territories, or addresses outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.
For your protection, a signature is required for most deliveries. We do not allow address changes after an order has been accepted. You may not export any products purchased from Creative Business Solutions.
Freight charges applied to every order are based on the weight and value of products to be shipped.
Pre-qualified Customers have the option of providing CBS with their own preferred shipping account information (FedEx and UPS) to be used for shipping products purchased from CBS for delivery to the location of the Customer’s choosing. To obtain pre-qualified status for this service please speak with your Customer Service Representative.
Title and risk of loss shall be Customers, if Customer provides CBS with Customer’s carrier account number or selects a carrier other than a carrier that regularly ships from CBS to Customer, upon shipment from CBS’s facility, for all other shipments, title to products and risk of loss or damage during shipment passes from CBS to Customer upon receipt by Customer. Notwithstanding the foregoing title to software will remain with the applicable licensor(s) and Customer’s rights therein are contained in the license agreement between such licensor(s) and Customer. CBS retains a security interest in the products until payment in full is received. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and related charges.
