The Windows x64 Smart Component provides PSOC firmware for HPE MR216i-a and HPE MR416i-a Gen10 Plus Tri Mode Controllers

Prerequisites:

Please install iLO Channel Interface Driver before executing Smart Component.

 

To ensure the integrity of your download, HPE recommends verifying your results with the following SHA-256 Checksum values:

Reboot Requirement:
Reboot is required after installation for updates to take effect and hardware stability to be maintained.

 

Installation:

To update firmware from Windows operating system on target server:

  • Place the Smart Component in a temporary directory.
  • Double-click on the Smart Component.
  • Follow the directions given by the Smart Component.
  • Reboot your system if you would like the update to take effect immediately.

After updating PSOC firmware,  AC Power cycle will be performed automatically to make sure PSOC FW can be updated successfully.  

Check PSOC firmware version:

  • After reboot, run PSOC smart component again to verify whether the firmware is updated successfully or not.
